Appeals Court Slaps Down Another trump Frivolous Law Suit

Today, (11/27/2020) the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third District drove yet another nail in the coffin of trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election by a 3-0 decision, citing, “trump’s claims has no merit.” The decision came just a day after Thanksgiving when trump gave a news conference spewing lie after lie about how the 2020 presidential election was stolen from him. The trump lawyers has vowed to play their trump card and appeal the case to the United States Supreme Court; and yes, pun is definitely intended. With the Supreme Court stacked with trump appointees, it would be foolish for Democrats to view this latest setback for trump as the final nail in the coffin of trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

I don’t expect Democrats to wallow in the mud like Republicans, but with control of the Senate looming on the outcome of the upcoming Georgia Senate race; Democrats need to roll up their sleeves and prepare to fight like Democrats have never fought before. Blacks in Georgia need to turnout and vote like they turned out to vote for Barack Obama, if they fail to do so; the election of Joe Biden will be pretty much meaningless.
