The Squad And Progressive Democrats

It seems like everyone in the Democrat Party has lost their damn minds, starting with those in leadership, all the way to the brand new members; and it’s a damn shame. News flash dumb ass, your fight is suppose to be with Republicans who will stick together and block everything you put forward when it hit the Senate. I love each and every member of the Squad, but if your message is skewed with rhetoric that you allow Republicans to set the narrative; your message is pretty much useless. The phrase “defund the police” is the dumbest thing Democrats has allowed Republicans to brand them with. Not one Democrat candidate ran on defund the police, but yet when the progressive wing of the Democrats are asked about, it just seems like they’re too stupid to disavow the phrase, and just say our message is “Police Reform.” Every member of the Squad was re-elected, and none ran on defund the police; so why not just disavow the dumb shit? I’m not a politician, but I do know a little bit about strategic warfare, and right now; the progressive wing of the Democrat Party is fighting a dumb fight. The stupid infighting amongst Democrats has got to stop.

What I mentioned above is not the only stupidness going on in the Democrat Party. Now, we have Black people coming from every walk of life criticizing Joe Biden about his Cabinet picks are not Black enough. Didn’t Democrats go through this same dumb shit with Tavis Smiley and Cornel West when Barack Obama was President; do you dumb ass people have the ability to learn? All the energy of Democrats should be laser focused on the upcoming Senate race in Georgia, if Democrats lose those two Senate seats, all the infighting won’t mean a damn thing; except Democrats will always be branded as the political Party that eats their own.

America’s Freedom and Liberties

Some in America believe their freedom and liberty is limitless, these people actually believe they should be able to do whatever they want to do, and it really shouldn’t matter what others think; nor should they be held responsible for their actions when their actions affects others. Myself, I believe any and all humans should do whatever it is they want to do, as long as their actions doesn’t become an issue for me. I said all of that to say this; there are millions of people who are protesting because some states has implemented certain safety provisions because of COVID-19. There are thousands more who believe their freedoms and liberties are being trampled on because of safe provisions, these are the people who believe their Civil Rights are being violated just by asking them to wear a mask to enter a business, or government buildings. To be clear, the majority of these people are trump supporters, there's a reason why trump was able to brainwash these people, and they were so readily able to be brainwashed. The racist in chief proved to these sheeples, that he's one of them, and when trump proved that he's just as racist as they are; these people really don't care who they hurt.

Appeals Court Slaps Down Another trump Frivolous Law Suit

Today, (11/27/2020) the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third District drove yet another nail in the coffin of trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election by a 3-0 decision, citing, “trump’s claims has no merit.” The decision came just a day after Thanksgiving when trump gave a news conference spewing lie after lie about how the 2020 presidential election was stolen from him. The trump lawyers has vowed to play their trump card and appeal the case to the United States Supreme Court; and yes, pun is definitely intended. With the Supreme Court stacked with trump appointees, it would be foolish for Democrats to view this latest setback for trump as the final nail in the coffin of trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

I don’t expect Democrats to wallow in the mud like Republicans, but with control of the Senate looming on the outcome of the upcoming Georgia Senate race; Democrats need to roll up their sleeves and prepare to fight like Democrats have never fought before. Blacks in Georgia need to turnout and vote like they turned out to vote for Barack Obama, if they fail to do so; the election of Joe Biden will be pretty much meaningless.

I Hope Democrats Realize...

There’s a little bit of interparty rumblings coming from some Democrats in the aftermath of Joe Biden’s Cabinet appointees. Unlike the Republican Party, the Democrat Party is filled with a myriad of diverse people and ideas; which is a good thing because it resembles the true face of America. However, when there are Democrats from certain wings of the Party making demands and pointing out how much your particular wing of the Democrat Party helped Joe Biden get elected; and now you want pay back. Ok, point well taken, and you do deserve to be heard in regards to your specific points, but all of us as Democrats must keep in mind that Joe Biden received over 79 million votes, and no wing of the Democrat Party is 79 million strong; therefore, every wing of the Democrat Party who voted for Joe Biden deserves to be recognized, and their issues should be acknowledged.

If Democrats begin fighting amongst themselves, this will give Republicans the perfect weapon to use to fight against every policy Democrats are fighting for. Democrats CAN NOT afford to repeat the mistake made in the 2016 presidential election, that played a big part in Hillary Clinton losing and donald trump winning. ALL Democrats should be focused on the upcoming Georgia Senate race, because if Democrats lose those two Senate seats to Republicans, it's not going to matter who Joe Biden recognize who helped him win; none of the Democrat policies will go forward anyway. The bottom line is this, Democrats need to show strong cohesiveness, if not, Democrats will definitely be branded as the Party that eats their own.

Should America’s Schools Be Shut Down?

Before the yeas and nays chime in, everybody already know when the schools are shut down, some parents are put in a precarious position; while some parents have the means to not miss a beat. That’s how it goes in a capitalistic society. However, while politicians make choices on what’s best for our most precious possessions; there’s a lot to be taken under consideration. While we see protest from some parents yelling about open up the schools, there are some parents who are not willing to play Russian Roulette with their most precious possessions. Some children are fortunate enough to have Grandparents who are willing and able to step up, and just say, bring my Grandbabies to me and honey go to work. But, some parents are not fortunate enough to have it like that; now what. When parents don’t have the means to be fortunate enough to have any of the scenarios mentioned above at their disposal, that’s when federal governments have to do their part. What most politicians seem to not understand, it’s taxpayer monies that pay every dime that is paid to the underprivileged by government programs; not one penny is paid by politicians. But yet, when you hear the rhetoric from politicians; one would think politicians are funding every penny out of their pocket.

The bottom line is this, in my opinion, not one parent should play Russian Roulette with their most precious possession; that’s if you consider your children as your most precious possession!!!

The trump Supporters

Hillary Clinton called trump supporters a bunch of despicable racists, and every media outlet immediately went spastic with outrage; the racists at Fox News engaged in the gnashing of teeth. When you look at how trump is trying to outright steal the 2020 presidential election, and ALL of trump supporters are dutifully engaged in helping trump steal the election; in my opinion, labeling these people as despicable racists was a bit moderate. For the record, I wholeheartedly agree with Hillary Clinton’s assertion, but I got issues that goes a lot deeper than that.

Just watching the trump despicable racists gather in Atlanta yesterday (11/21/2020), protesting that the election was stolen from trump; while knowingly everything they’re protesting against is based on outright lies. Black people in America has a choice, we can sit back and sing Church songs, or we can stand up and be strong, and show these racist bastards that we’re more enthusiastic about stopping their racism; than they are about keeping racism in America as a status quo. Right now today, is the time for Black people to show the world that we WILL NOT allow racism in America to prevail.

Over 73 Million Americans Voted For donald trump

Wow, over 73 million, that’s more votes than any presidential candidate received in American history; before Joe Biden topped it with over 79 million. We keep hearing political pundits talk about the trump voters need to be noticed, I agree; they definitely need to be noticed. However, what trump voters need to notice, is that Joe Biden voters topped them by 6 million more votes. Here’s what trump and his ass kissers want to happen, these complete damn fools want over 79 million votes for Joe Biden to be disavowed and deemed as invalid; and accept the 73 million votes for trump as valid. Think about the ignorance of that for a minute, that’s outright third world mentality. Everybody in the world knows trump is doing whatever it takes to steal this election, the problem is; Democrats ARE NOT doing whatever it takes to let the racist in chief know, it ain’t going to happen. Democrats need to fight harder!!!

Democrats Need To Fight Harder

With the virus spreading like wild fire throughout every State, the average American citizen is crying out for help everywhere in America; with people in food lines stretching over four blocks long, they could care less than a damn about the politics of it. The monies that has already been approved by Congress, trump’s flunky, Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin is demanding the Federal Reserve to return $455 Billion back to the Treasury. This is tax payer money that was supposed to be distributed to ease the pain of the people we see in these food lines.There’s no doubt the trump administration is doing everything in its’ power to make the incoming Biden Administration have to work even harder to help the American people. I know Democrats mean well, but it just seems like they’re not fighting hard enough. Like the crooner Anthony Hamilton says, “sometimes you have to yell a little louder.” Show some damn fight Democrats!!!

The Republican Crazies:

I’m going to take the liberty to just assume that everyone who read this article, witnessed the complete clown show today by trump’s lawyers. Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell and Jenna Ellis went on a 90-minute tirade that overflowed with outright lies and conspiracy theories. At one point in the Giuliani’s sideshow, attorney Sidney Powell seemed to be calling for trump’s far right wing extremist groups to stand by and stand up. For those who haven’t been following donald trump’s attempts to overthrow the Constitution, trump’s lawyers have filed 30 legal briefs in court, and all 30 have been thrown out for lack of evidence. These inglorious complete damn fools touted themselves as the “Elite Strike Force Team” for trump. If you missed the so called press conference, you missed a 90-minute long tirade of stupidity by trump loyalists.

Black People Are Fighting A Two Prong War

Every since slavery, there have been Blacks who decided that it is a futile effort to fight against the power of white America. During slavery, I believe almost every Black American would agree with those sentiments; during slavery. Today, that particular mindset is mindboggling to me, I understand that money is probably the number one motivating factor, but I definitely believe it goes deeper than monetary values. There are some Blacks who go all in, like the founder of BET, Bob Johnson; then there are those like the 2020 Miss USA, Asya Branch who received a lot of flack for singing the National Anthem at one of trump's rallies in Mississippi. Miss Branch has made comments contending that it was part of her contract as Miss Mississippi to sang the National Anthem; ok, but she has never refuted the accusation that she's a trump supporter.

So what should the Black community do about this growing list of Blacks, who has forgotten where they came from? we, Black people needs to understand, the movement of Black people fighting to reach the point of where we deservedly suppose to be in America, is way bigger and a lot more important than a few mentally wayward negroes. The Blacks who truly understand what we're fighting for will continue to do so, while keeping a watchful eye on the enemies within. It's the opposite side of the pendulum is where the real battle lies for Black people, and that's the white people who act like there's no racism in America. All each and every true Black person needs to do, is their part, and stay in your lane; and eventually, TOGETHER, WE SHALL OVERCOME!!!

Real Time with Bill Maher

I’ve been a big fan of Bill Maher for years, with his straight talk about politics and being real with Democrats and Republicans; he definitely made it possible for me to get over my addiction of Jon Stewart of The Daily Show fame. I try to watch Bill Maher every Friday night on HBO, but sometimes I miss it due to domestic duties. This past Friday (11/13/2020) I missed it, so I brought it up on demand and watched Bill interview Jenna Ellis, trump’s senior legal advisor for trump’s 2020 campaign. After watching the interview, I was in shock, I’ve never seen such a passive and submissive Bill Maher in my life. Bill will probably try and play it off like he was trying to be respectful, because it took a lot of nerve for her to come into his domain. I got to say this, watching that interview made me feel like it was Sean Hannity of Fox News giving the interview. Bill Maher allowed Ms. Ellis to get away with numerous lies while trying to defend trump’s behavior after the election. My respect for Bill Maher diminished a bit after watching the interview, hopefully he does better in the future interviewing braindead diehard trump supporters. Anyone who is familiar with Bill Maher, and see that interview; will know exactly what I’m talking about.

Does “Defund The Police” Hurt Democrats?

According to Congressman James Clyburn and other Democrats, the phrase “defund the police” hurt Democrats, and aided in Democrats losing congressional seats. I do remember Republicans branding Democrats with the label of defund the police, and the media running with it, but I don’t remember any Democrats running on the message of defund the police. My question for Democrats is this; why didn’t the Republican candidate Marjorie Taylor Greene, who ran on supporting QAnon hurt her? Why didn’t the Access Hollywood video of trump talking about grabbing women by the vagina hurt him? None of the aforementioned instances hurt Republican candidates; so why does negative labels and phrases attached to Republicans DOESN’T hurt them, but negative labels and phrases attached to Democrats DOES hurt them?

Instead of Democrats reprimanding their Democrat colleagues about unfounded accusations, leadership Democrats need to be working on how NOT to allow Republicans to dictate the narrative of Democrats. It seems like Democrats are always in the position of reacting to a narrative, instead of settling the pace of their own narrative. I believe a lot of Republicans just couldn’t stomach anymore of donald trump, and voted for Joe Biden, but refused to vote for a Democrat down ballot. If Democrats don’t start realizing they can’t afford to play nice with Republicans, none of the incoming administration’s agenda items will be addressed. That’s not to say don’t try to work across the aisle with Republicans, just don’t try to play nice with those people. 

Fox News Outnumbered and The Five

I AM NOT a TV critic, nor am I an expert on TV criteria, but common sense in this case is the common denominator. Fox News Outnumbered and The Five, are the most irrelevant and fake news shows on TV today. Both shows have four right wing Republicans beating up on one moderate Democrat, wherein the Republicans just sit there and tell lie after lie, and when the lone Democrat attempts to offer a counterpoint; he/she is often cut-off. The comedic Daily Show put together a montage of Republicans complaining about the 2016 election in which donald trump won, but when you fast forward to the 2020 presidential election, Republicans totally contradict themselves. This is just one example of how Republicans don't have a problem with lying and contradicting themselves, even when they know there's video footage of them lying and contradicting themselves.  

Black Lives Matter

Now that Joe Biden has won the 2020 presidential election, I truly believe America is in a better place. But first things first, the co-founder of Black Lives Matter (BLM) Patrisse Cullors, has requested a meeting with President elect Joe Biden to discuss BLM's agenda, and lay out expectations for the incoming administration. Ms. Cullors said in her request, "Black people won this election, and we want something for our vote." To be clear, I agree with Ms. Cullors, Black people did win this election; however, every presidential election won by Democrats were won with overwhelming help from the Black community. I just hope BLM don't sabotage President elect Joe Biden's agenda, like Tavis Smiley and Cornell West sabotaged President Obama's agenda; with outlandish demands before President Obama finished picking his Cabinet.

How Is This NOT Murder

The senseless police shooting of unarmed Daniel Shaver while crying and begging the police officer not to shoot him, was just another example of unqualified individuals who are given a job and a licence to kill. Watch the video, and read what happens after the fatal shooting.

Defund The Police

Every media outlet has branded Democrats as the political party who wants to get rid of law and order in America, giving Republicans a talking point that Democrats created to be used against themselves. Whoever the Democrat politician who made that ridiculous statement, Democrat leadership needs to tell that person to shut the hell up. Every time Democrats have the upper hand of a message that will resonate with the majority of Americans, they say or does something stupid to destroy the message. If Democrats continue to send messages that takes away from the message intended; donald trump is guaranteed to win a second term as president. Get it right, the message is "POLICE REFORM."

One Is Black And One Is White

By now the whole world knows, if you live in America there are two sets of rules by our law enforcement agencies, and judicial systems. One set of rules are used for Blacks, and another set of rules are used for whites; here's proof: A Black man, Rayshard Brooks use a taser against police and he's shot three times in the back while running away, he dies from his gunshot wounds by police. A white man, Mark Antunez use a taser against police, injuring and incapacitating the police officer; the white man is arrested unharmed.

What we saw in the two videos is nothing new, this kind of different behavior when it comes to Black suspects and white suspects were happening long before camera phones. We hear all the time that better police training is needed, if you believe better police training is needed, you have to believe that white police officers and Black police officers undergo different training. The thing is, we never hear of or see a Black police officer fatally shooting a white person in the back while running away. We also hear, "it's only a few bad cops." This video proves that's an outright lie. A 75 year old man was brutally pushed down by police officers, as the the elderly man lay there bleeding out of his ears, a lot more than just a few bad cops walk by while the elderly man lay there critically wounded. This is not a problem that Black people needs to solve, this is a problem that America needs to solve.
